On June 6, 2002, AU once more hosted events at McNair Academic High School in honor of Asian Heritage Month in May. Aside from the marshmallow chopstick contest that left participants with queasy stomachs, students learned to fold origami paper boxes, make ribbon roses as well as write traditional calligraphy in various styles.
